How does the Chrome Extension work?
Simply install the extension, click record, and perform your workflow as you normally would. Sherpa captures every click, hover, and contextual shift. Once you stop recording, our AI engine transforms that raw footage into a polished, interactive guide with auto-generated captions and step markers.
Do I need any technical skills to create guides?
Not at all. Sherpa is designed for implementation specialists, customer success managers, and anyone who needs to create training materials. If you can click through your software, you can create a Sherpa guide. No coding required.

What's included in all plans?
Every Sherpa plan includes unlimited guides, unlimited users, Chrome Extension access, advanced analytics, and custom branding. We believe in simple, transparent pricing without feature gates.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch at any time. If you switch from monthly to annual, we'll prorate your remaining balance. Switching from annual to monthly will take effect at your next renewal date.

Which browsers are supported?
The Sherpa Chrome Extension works on all Chromium-based browsers including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Arc. Firefox and Safari extensions are on our roadmap.
Does Sherpa work with any web application?
Yes, Sherpa works with any web-based software. Our extension understands DOM structures and anchors steps to elements, not just screen coordinates, ensuring guides remain accurate even as your UI evolves.
